When Networks Stop Working
What if the network that helped you build your business is now quietly limiting how far it can grow?

Most founders understand the value of networking. They attend events, exchange introductions, build LinkedIn connections, support other entrepreneurs and develop relationships that can take years to establish. Yet there comes a point when being well connected and being commercially connected are no longer the same thing.
Do feel that although are known, respected and visible but you are still remaining several relationships away from the people controlling the contracts, investment, procurement, distribution or strategic partnerships your next stage of growth requires.
This is particularly important for Black founders and entrepreneurs from diverse communities, where trusted relationships, referrals, family networks and community connections have often provided an important foundation for enterprise. Those networks have economic value and should never be dismissed.
